All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Special orders are not subject to cancellation.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, appears defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact Everything Cool promptly at everythingcool@1coolstore.com, (904) 342-5609 or (904) 770-2426. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging where available so we can review the issue and explain the next steps. Please contact us before sending merchandise back.

This final-sale policy does not limit rights or remedies that apply under applicable law.

Availability is estimated using the information available when an order is received. Manufacturer scheduling, stock, materials and transportation may affect delivery estimates.
